Products sold can be returned within 7 days of receipt if they are damaged or not the right product. It is your responsibility to inform the Company via email / phone as soon as you are aware of any problems due to which you want to return the product. For claims on returned parcels can be checked within 6 months from the purchase date only.

All Returns are at the discretion of our Company. You will need to ship returned product(s) back to return address provided to you. You may be reimbursed for reasonable shipping cost at the Company's discretion.

Once our CS team confirms the request, we will share our Korea return address. The refund will be issued once we receive the item back.

Returns may be entertained if:

You have received incorrect product(s)

You have received damaged or expired product(s)

You didn't receive the product(s) due to omission.

In the above case, the following are required with your order number

Product(s) that is opened.

Any item that shows any signs of usage or opened cannot be returned.

The product(s) value has declined significantly over time.

The goods are lost or damaged due to reasons attributable to you Refund due to simple change of mind.

In this case, we will not responsible for the shipping cost refund (original shipping cost + return shipping cost)

Order cancellations will generally not be entertained. However, if the Company determines order can be cancelled then a cancellation will be entertained. In this case, the balance will be refunded to buyers or a balance will be in form of credit to the Wallet. The Company reserves the right to allow cancellation of order at its sole discretion.

In the case of a request for a refund, we inform you that the refund will be made with a transfer fee for international payments.

In addition, due to the peculiarity of money circulation in some countries or payment systems, a refund may not be possible. In this situation, the refund will be sent as a credit in account.

Customers are fully responsible for any of customs related issues

- Customs Taxes, service fee, administration fee, warehousing fee etc. The trade terms and conditions are based on the INCOTERMS (EW., WORKS or FOB terms) you selected when placing the order. The above terms and conditions, you are responsible for all shipping cost, risks and insurance obligations incurred during the transit and arrival of the product to the place designated by the buyer. In that case there would be no refund for the returned package. Please note that original shipping cost & return shipping fee might be bigger than your original payment amount.

If customers refuse a package due to customs issues, including refusal to pay customs tax or duties, failure to provide any kind of documents requested by recipient's country, the customs request documents that we are unable to provide, not being able to contact the recipient or other related issues, we will not be responsible for shipping cost refund and return (original shipping cost + return shipping cost).

Additional charges for import clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; No control over these charges. The original shipping cost is higher than the shipping cost announced by shipping policy.

Some brands may have exclusive representatives with a registered trademark in your country. In order to avoid claims from exclusive distributors, please get this information directly from the manufacturers or their official representatives in advance before placing an order.

If you require additional documents for products, such as MSDS, FDA, CGMP, CPNP, COA and others, then in the case of EYENLIP / FABYOU / SUMHAIR brands we can provide a complete package, as we are manufacturers.

For products of other brands, we can provide only MSDS, but please note that some manufacturers do not provide such documents.

We retain the right to charge you the following fees for prepaid orders. However, we may not charge you based on the Company’s discretion.

Shipping & Handling Fee will be used to completely or partially cover our costs of shipping and handling your order. The fee amount will always be disclosed to you prior to payment.

The company may request a deposit during the transaction in order to prepare for a more secure transaction and future situations. This is non-refundable and is calculated by offsetting the payment amount when paying for the product.

We will make best efforts to ship your order as soon as possible. In case, we are not able to ship your complete order, we will notify you about the delay.

The products including the description, price, images etc. are provided to us by the suppliers. We use them for informative purpose only. The rights to these reside with the content owners. Product prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We will not be liable for delivery of ordered products to wrong address due to incorrectly provided shipping address. Both the Client and we have the right to terminate any Services Agreement for any reason, including the ending of services that are already underway. No refunds shall be offered, where a Service is deemed to have begun and is, for all intents and purposes, underway. Any monies that have been paid to us which constitute payment in respect of the provision of unused Services shall be refunded. Refunds, if any, are at the sole discretion of the Company and are limited to the amount of order under dispute. By default, refunds will be made to same payment instrument used for Service unless otherwise specified by Client. Refunds will be credited within 5-15 business days and is dependent on bank/card.
